David Yeazell
| Capacity Building Coach
With over twenty-five years of professional and ministry experience, David Yeazell is a results-oriented leader who has
demonstrated success in administration, strategic planning and organizational development; curriculum, program development
and teaching/leadership development; writing and editing, and ministry and coaching-serving both commercial and non-profit
entities in the states and abroad.
David is currently the President of Yeazell Consulting, where he has developed, overseen and facilitated organizational
development, capacity building and programmatic development consulting services and training for nonprofit organizations
and churches. Recent projects have included strategic planning for inner-city social service providers, creating
curriculum and program structure for a nine-month certification program for non-profit consultants, and developing
multiple program, client delivery and collaborative models for an organization offering training and consulting
services to the nonprofit community.
Prior to his current position, David held positions as director of research and project development for The Potter's
House in Dallas, Texas. David worked closely with church administration to establish the Metroplex Economic Development
Corporation, a separate non-profit umbrella created to cover and direct the church's social service and outreach programs.
David was also the founding director of The Potter's Institute, a Bible/life skills training program that had an enrollment
of 900 students during the course of its first year of existence-and increased in enrollment each year under David's
leadership.
David holds a BA degree in English from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, and MA degrees in Non-profit Business Management
and Biblical Studies from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. David currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
