Seminars and Trainings
Neighborhood Non-profits
We provide customized seminars for the social entrepreneur and the small- to mid-sized nonprofits. We will introduce the latest news
on official government grants and the Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. This 5-hour training assists non-profits
in the areas of: Partnership and Collaboration; Community Needs; Project Goals; Project Objectives; Project Activities; Management
Plan; Evaluation Plan; and Budgets. We also provide information on funding sources in your local community including private
foundations, corporations and local government.

call our office at 972-331-2603 to arrange training.
Churches and Ministries
Similar to the non-profit training, our seminar speakers teach from a biblical standpoint: rightly dividing the purpose of grants as it
relates to ministry; explaining the significance of partnership and collaboration in the Kingdom of God; and sharing ways to establish
long-term wealth to sustain ministries locally, nationally and internationally.
Seminar participants will leave knowing exactly what armor to use when going after faith-friendly corporate, foundation and government grant
dollars. Click here to find the date and time for the church and ministries seminar in your area. For extended (4-day) grant writing training,
please call our office at 972-331-2603 to arrange training.
We also offer a membership program for churches and ministries called Ministries Excellence Exchange (ME2). ME2 members receive:
- 8 monthly events each year that allow members to share "best practices," coach and mentor.
- Significant discounts on Trainings and Seminars.
- Access to local and nationally recognized experts in organizational performance improvement.
Ministry leaders coach and mentor each other and learn from educational speakers on a variety of topics for the purpose of economic development.
Membership is by application. For more information call our office at 972-331-2603.
University Faculty
Utilizing the strategic plan of the small to mid-sized university, we develop grant writing training in the areas of: (1) government grant
writing and research; (2) foundation and corporate grant seeking (3) utilizing government data sets; and (3) justifying research and programs.
Training is targeted toward college professors and administrators in an effort to help diversify the university's funding base and increase
partnerships with local non-profits and churches. Please call our office at 972-331-2603 to arrange training.
PARA® Professional Training
For the seasoned grant writer, we offer Grants Consulting training in an effort to help meet the needs of the local community. This 5-hour
training includes such topics as: Setting Up Your Office; Service Agreements; Pricing; How to Submit 200 Quality Proposals in One Year; Tracking
Multiple Clients; Getting Your Contract Renewed. The seminar also covers the significance of PARA® (planning, asking, receiving and administering
grant funds) and its best practices.
